The programme is designed for adults with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 plus with a weight-related condition. The free sixty-second check gives you an indication, and a registered doctor makes the final call at your first consultation.

The programme is for adults. It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and some medical histories need in-person care rather than an online programme. The free check screens for the obvious ones, and the doctor screens again properly.

You meet an HPCSA-registered doctor online. They take a full history: your health, your habits, previous attempts, your goals. Then they build your personalised plan with you, so you leave the consult knowing exactly what happens next.

You pay nothing. Where we can, we'll suggest a better option, usually a registered dietitian.

R299 per month, or R2,999 for a year upfront with a free smart scale. A once-off consult without a subscription is R850. All of it is on the pricing page, in full.

Your fee covers the medical care: consultations, your personalised plan, coaching, progress reviews and the app. If your doctor recommends medicine or blood tests, those are billed separately by the pharmacy or lab. We talk you through any outside costs before anything starts.

Most schemes do not pay the membership fee. Blood tests are a different story: they are usually claimable from your medical savings, and we can provide an itemised invoice for your scheme. The medical aid guide has the detail.

Yes, anytime, from your account, without a phone call or a fee. Annual plans run their term but never renew without you.

Nutrition targets, movement guidance, habit work, check-ins with your coach and scheduled reviews with your doctor, all tracked in the app. It is built around your life, and your doctor reviews and adjusts it as you progress.

Your coach is a person. You message them in the app, they follow your progress between doctor reviews, and they help you work through the practical side: food, movement, routines, and the weeks that don't go to plan.

No. Consultations happen online, and if your doctor asks for blood tests you have them done at a lab near you.

Only if your doctor asks for them. You have them done at a pathology lab near you, the lab bills you directly, and the results go to your doctor for your next review.

Slower at first, by design, then steadily. Progress differs from person to person, and your doctor sets realistic expectations for your body rather than a number pulled from an advert.

Regain is a real risk after any programme that simply ends. That is why your plan includes coaching, habit work and a doctor-guided maintenance phase when you reach your goal.

Some lean-mass loss can happen with any rapid weight loss. Your plan counters it with protein targets and movement guidance from your coach, and progress reviews look at more than the number on the scale.

The programme is not an emergency service and messages are not monitored around the clock. If you are seriously unwell, go to your nearest emergency department or contact your own doctor immediately.

Yes. Every doctor on the programme is an HPCSA-registered South African doctor, and a doctor reviews your file at every step.

For their privacy and focus. You meet your doctor by name when you join, and as their patient you can verify their HPCSA registration directly.

Your care team, and nobody else. Your data is protected under POPIA, never sold, and never used to advertise to you. The free check doesn't even ask your name.
