What to expect

The full picture

A programme has good weeks and slow ones. The milestones, the reviews and the plateaus are all laid out here, before you start.

Month one

Your first 30 days

The first month is about starting gently and building the scaffolding around you: your plan, your coach, your rhythm.

  1. Day 1 · The check

The free check takes about a minute, then the full health assessment. A doctor starts reviewing your answers the same day.

  2. Week 1 · Your consultation

Your first consultation, online. Your doctor works through your history and builds your personalised plan: food, movement, sleep and the checkpoints ahead.

  3. Week 2 · Your coach

You meet your coach and settle into a rhythm: regular check-ins, tracking in the app, and small tweaks as your week takes shape.

  4. Week 4 · First review

First progress review: your numbers, what worked, what did not, and your doctor tunes the plan for month two.

Months two and three

After the first month

A rough guide to what most patients feel. Your own timeline depends on your starting point and how your body adjusts.

  1. Week 6 to 8 · Into a rhythm

The plan settles, progress becomes steadier, and the habit work with your coach starts doing more of the lifting. This is the part most people remember.

  2. Week 12 · The big review

A proper sit-down with your doctor: your progress, how you are feeling, and the plan adjusted to how your body has responded.

  3. Month 3 and on · The long game

Steady progress, habits bedding in with your coach, and reviews every few months until you and your doctor start planning maintenance.

Slow weeks and plateaus

The parts nobody advertises

Off weeks happen

Some weeks the scale sulks and the plan feels heavy. If anything feels off, your care team is a message away, and your plan gets adjusted, not abandoned.

Plateaus are normal

Your body will pause on the way down. A plateau is a checkpoint, not a failure, and it is usually a plan and habit conversation, not a crisis.

Maintenance is a phase, not a cliff

When you reach your goal, you and your doctor plan the landing: habits, check-ins and a maintenance plan, so the programme winds down deliberately rather than stopping dead.

Know it before day one.

The free check is the first step. It takes about a minute.
